About Me

Tracy Brooks is a highly respected and award-winning counsellor, dedicated to fostering holistic wellbeing and emotional resilience. Tracy received an award (BOSCA) in 2016 for Outstanding Clinical Care whilst working for MacMillan, and was nominated in 2017 for inspiring others. As the founder of Holistic Wellbeing Services Ltd and Clifton Counselling, Tracy has built a reputation for excellence in providing compassionate, client-centered care. With a wealth of experience in individual, couples, and group counselling, she specialises in creating safe, nurturing spaces for healing and personal growth.  

Tracy’s expertise extends beyond her clinical practice. She is a skilled group facilitator, clinical supervisor, and an active member of the CAPP Committee, where she contributes to advancing professional standards in counselling and psychotherapy. Her integrative approach combines evidence-based practices with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, ensuring clients receive tailored support that addresses their unique needs.
