I am a qualified integrative therapist, I offer a regular, reliable space where we can explore together whatever difficulties you’re experiencing in your life. I believe that a genuine felt sense of safety is fundamental to meaningful therapeutic work — and that this grows through an authentic, trusting relationship. I aim to bring a grounded and warm presence into the room, and I endeavour to follow your lead without pushing or rushing the process.
I have experience supporting adults through a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges, including anxiety, low self-worth, relationship difficulties, health issues, and significant life changes. I also work with those processing past experiences that may still feel present and painful. At the heart of my approach is a deep belief in the power of an honest therapeutic relationship — not just as a place to feel heard, but as a way to better understand yourself and how you relate to others. With compassion and curiosity, we can begin to notice well-worn paths and inner patterns, and take time to discover new aspects of self through awareness and choice.
As well as working through pain or uncertainty, I also support clients to identify personal strengths, accomplishments, and authentic parts of self that may have been overlooked or forgotten — inner resources that can empower you to move forward with greater clarity and confidence. While my foundation is person-centred, I also draw from other perspectives including CBT, psychodynamic, existential, and trauma-informed approaches.
